Quality Inspection
Ensure the device is in its original packaging with all accessories and seals intact; our technical team will verify the item's condition upon arrival.
Secure Shipping
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location to be sent back to our central warehouse.
Refund Processing
Once the inspection is successful, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
